Primary Air Fan permissive and interlocks

Start permissive

1.Primary air fan normal and no control circuit off.

2.No MFT condition.

3.Temperature of Fan motor winding is normal.

4.Temperature of Fan and motor bearing is normal.

5.Anyone forced air fan and Air preheater should be running

6. The lubrication oil system should be healthy and lube oil pressure is normal.

7. Primary air fan outlet shutdown valve and blade movable controlled valve should be kept closed.

1. Master fuel trip acted

2.If both forced draft fan got tripped

3. If primary air fan outlet damper got closed during running time.

4. High temperature in any of the motor winding, fan bearing, or motor bearing

5. Lubrication oil pressure low

6. Any vibration of fan or motor goes high
